Location: Fairfax Station, VA

Monte Nido operates a specialized residential treatment program focused on adolescents dealing with eating disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Binge Eating Disorder, and Exercise Addiction.

We provide comprehensive support to adolescents and their families, guiding them towards full recovery by equipping each individual with the skills necessary to overcome the challenges posed by their eating disorders. Our approach emphasizes empathy, education, and family involvement in the recovery journey, fostering a deep understanding of how to live authentically and healthily.

We are in search of a Registered Dietitian who will play a vital role within our leadership and clinical teams, collaborating with various disciplines to ensure the highest quality of client care.

Sign-On Bonus: A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all meals prepared for clients and ensure proper documentation.
  • Ensure that all nutritional services comply with established standards and regulations.
  • Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments for clients and monitor their nutritional intake.
  • Collaborate with the treatment team to develop the Master Treatment Plan.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in healthcare, preferably in a psychiatric setting.
  • Must possess the appropriate Registered Dietitian credential.
  • CPR/BLS certification required prior to employment.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • A passion for excellence in client care.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
