Dietitian Specialist

Centre Care is seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing nutritional care and support to our residents.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized nutrition plans for residents.
• Conduct nutritional assessments and provide education to residents and their families on healthy eating habits and nutrition-related topics.
• Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our residents, including therapeutic diets and special meal requests.
• Monitor and evaluate the nutritional status of residents, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our nutrition services meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare staff to ensure that nutritional needs are met and concerns are addressed.

• Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition science and its application in healthcare settings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
