Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Technicians: Collaborate with experienced technicians to perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
  • Clean and Organize Work Areas: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Diagnose Mechanical Issues: Assist in diagnosing mechanical issues and performing minor repairs as directed by senior technicians.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of maintenance and repairs performed.
  • Follow Safety Protocols: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Participate in Training: Participate in training programs to expand knowledge and skills in automotive maintenance.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Previous experience in automotive maintenance preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Basic understanding of automotive systems and components, strong mechanical aptitude, and manual dexterity.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
