We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Personal Banker (SAFE) to join our team in Petersburg, Alaska. As an Associate Personal Banker, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with our customers through proactive outreach and the offering of appropriate products and services.
Job Summary
This role requires a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications. Additionally, you will participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with customers through proactive outreach
- Assist customers with basic requests related to opening new accounts, completing service requests, and submitting credit applications
- Participate in delivery of exceptional customer experience by proposing appropriate products, services, and digital solutions to help customers succeed financially
- Develop understanding of bank products and services to connect to customers' needs
- Interact with customers to demonstrate care and build relationships
- Provide appropriate options for bank products and services to customers
- Refer customers' financial needs to other bankers and partners as needed
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have at least 6 months of interacting with customers experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Compensation
The estimated salary for this role is $20.00 - $27.69 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. Please note that this figure is an estimate based on industry standards and may vary based on individual circumstances.
