Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at Standage Engraving. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to prospect and secure new business opportunities across multiple regions and Tier Ones.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and goals
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Develop and track sales forecasts and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver positive outcomes and drive business results
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Initiate corrective action and performance improvement plans when necessary
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration
  • Three to five years of sales experience with a proven track record of positive sales performance
  • Two to three years of management experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prospect and influence effectively
  • Proficient in MS Office, internet, and ERP or Sales Order system (SAP preferred)
