About the Role

As an LPN, you will work under the direction of a registered nurse and utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. Your primary responsibility will be to provide direct patient care within the primary nursing model, ensuring continuity of care for all patients within your caseload.

Job Responsibilities
  • Apply medical and nursing knowledge to implement plans of care, administer medications, and perform procedures as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive patient care, including pain assessment and management, while maintaining a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements
