About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Representative to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building rapport with customers, preparing insurance quotes, and advising customers on coverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Prepare insurance quotes and advise customers on coverage
  • Convert quotes into new policies
  • Work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
Requirements
  • Prior sales experience a plus, but not required
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
