Job Summary:
Gpac is seeking a skilled Mechanical Estimator to join their team. As a top-tier company, they prioritize work-life balance and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate and Proposal Management: Ensure timely and accurate estimates, proposals, and bid submissions, focusing on cost, schedule, and scope of work.
- Safety and Compliance: Understand and manage safety requirements, local building codes, and tax information for each project location.
- Site Walk-Throughs and Documentation: Conduct site visits, document observations, and discuss project details with clients and key contractors.
- Relationship Building: Foster mutually beneficial relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Estimating Database Management: Update and maintain estimating databases with cost data as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5 years of experience as an Estimator for a licensed General Contractor.
- Education: Four-year degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or up to four years of directly related experience.
