Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
  • Perform month-end, quarterly, and year-end close responsibilities, including accounts reconciliations and error clearance.
  • Monitor cash flow, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, and prepare cash flow statements.
  • Maintain fixed asset and depreciation schedules for tax purposes.
  • Oversee purchase order processing and manage 1099 processing.
  • Assist in computing taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure timely tax payments.
  • Prepare consolidated internal and external financial statements and report financial information to the management team.
  • Produce financial data for the management team upon request and assist with other accounting projects.
  • Review and recommend improvements to company accounting practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Accounting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual English/Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
