Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of barbers and sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and control store expenses, including inventory management and supply chain optimization
  • Collaborate with the store owner to set goals and objectives, and develop plans to achieve them
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in a retail or service industry management role
  • Proven track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Cosmetology License (Required)
