Job Overview

As a Mobile Radiologic Technologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality imaging services to patients in various settings. This position offers a unique opportunity to work outside of traditional healthcare environments, providing flexibility and a dynamic work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a company-provided vehicle equipped with advanced portable x-ray technology to travel and perform imaging services at multiple locations.
  • Conduct x-ray procedures for diverse patient populations, including adults, seniors, women, and children.
  • Adhere to ALARA principles to minimize radiation exposure while ensuring accurate imaging results.
  • Manage patient orders and communicate effectively with healthcare providers to ensure timely transmission of imaging results.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal functionality throughout your shifts.
  • Support administrative tasks related to patient care and imaging services as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Completion of an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (A.R.R.T.) or equivalent certification.
  • State licensure or certification to perform portable x-ray procedures.
