Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician III to join our team at Electrolux Home Products, Inc. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our production equipment, performing routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve equipment issues in a timely and efficient manner to minimize downtime and maintain production schedules.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and reduce maintenance costs.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with established quality standards and procedures.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with production teams, supervisors, and other maintenance personnel to ensure seamless communication and coordination of maintenance activities.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Associate's degree in maintenance technology or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience in a maintenance or production environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems, as well as experience with CMMS maintenance systems.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Working Conditions

The Maintenance Technician III will work in a fast-paced production environment, with frequent exposure to loud noises, dust, and other hazardous conditions. The individual must be able to lift and move heavy equipment, and work at heights of up to 30 feet.
