We are seeking a highly skilled Aerospace Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team, someone who shares our passion for quality and excellence.

  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality standards for new and existing products, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and manufacturing process capabilities.
  • Manage the systematic corrective and preventive actions (CAR) process, leading PPAP and other qualification efforts.
  • Assist with and conduct audits, generate conformance certifications, dispose of non-conforming materials, and perform first article inspections.
  • Develop, maintain, and report internal quality metrics (KPIs) and trend analyses to management.
  • Maintain collaborative and effective interaction with Production and Engineering teams to advance QMS and support world-class manufacturing operations.

We are looking for a candidate with a bachelor's degree in a technical/professional discipline and at least 5 years' experience in quality and manufacturing fields.

  • Working knowledge and internal quality System experience for Aviation, Space and Defense Organizations (AS9100).
  • Working knowledge of risk management processes and hands-on experience in risk management tools (FMEA, Risk Assessment, etc.).
  • Certified AS9100 Auditor preferred.
  • Working knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025 and Nadcap preferred.
  • Desired CQE, CSSBB and/or CQA.

Salary ranges for this position are determined based on job location and experience, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and contributions of our individual teammates.
