Culinaire Staffing is seeking a seasoned Restaurant Manager to lead our high-volume chef-driven restaurant in Irving, Texas.
About the Role:
We are looking for a professional with a strong background in restaurant management, who can lead our team to deliver exceptional hospitality and culinary experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure staff training and understanding of our culinary and wine program.
- Participate in financial meetings to contribute to goal achievement.
- Accurately forecast sales to ensure proper staffing.
- Maintain a safe and pristine restaurant environment.
- Lead and engage staff in delivering exceptional hospitality.
- Assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Be hands-on and assist where needed.
Requirements:
- Current Restaurant Manager experience in an upscale full-service restaurant.
- Excellent industry tenure and professional references.
