Nutrition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nutritionist II to join our team in Warren County, NC. As a key member of our public health team, you will be responsible for providing clinical nutrition services and program coordination to clients with diverse nutritional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized care plans for clients with chronic or short-term medical conditions and disabilities.
- Provide in-depth nutrition counseling and education to clients and their families.
- Develop and implement nutrition programs and services to meet the needs of the community.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition education.
- Conduct program evaluations and make recommendations for improvement.
- Master's degree in Dietetics, Public Health Nutrition, or Nutrition.
- Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
- Two years of experience in nutrition or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
