Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Merchandise Associate to join our team at TJ Maxx. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational and merchandise standards.
- Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, following company procedures and standards.
- Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
