Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist customers in finding products, answer questions, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, process transactions, and handle customer payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Restock shelves, maintain inventory levels, and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Participate in sales floor resets, inventory processes, and other store events as needed.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • Minimum one year retail selling and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills, cash handling experience, and proficiency utilizing general office equipment.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
Working Conditions

The Retail Sales Associate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, open to the public. The noise level is moderate, and the temperature varies throughout the store. The position requires standing, walking, and lifting up to 100 pounds, as well as frequent bending, twisting, and reaching.
