As a key leader in our retail construction projects across the nation, you will oversee and manage various construction initiatives. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that projects are completed successfully while upholding our commitment to quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main on-site representative for retail construction endeavors.
  • Lead and oversee construction teams, including subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Coordinate all project activities to ensure compliance with timelines and financial plans.
  • Assess construction progress, quality, and safety to meet our rigorous standards and regulations.
  • Perform regular site evaluations, identify potential challenges, and implement solutions.
  • Maintain effective communication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
  • Work closely with the project management team to devise construction strategies and tackle any related issues.
  • Travel to various project sites as necessary to guarantee project success.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in the retail construction sector.
  • In-depth understanding of retail construction methodologies, codes, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering projects on schedule and within budget.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to project locations nationwide.

Compensation

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
