Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at UCHealth. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct patient care in a medical/physician office setting, utilizing the nursing process to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  • Effectively delegate patient care to ancillary personnel, utilizing critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
  • 6 months of nursing experience.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Colorado.
