Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegate and direct service tasks to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Monitor project progress and manage service team members to meet sales goals and objectives
  • Perform administrative tasks, including billing, material ordering, and profit/loss tracking
  • Resolve service problems and improve methods to increase productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of industry regulations and laws
  • Manage external service providers and review contracts to maximize profitability
  • Monitor customer problems and ensure timely response and resolution
  • Track timecards and maintain fair schedules
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, administration, or related field, or equivalent experience in the construction industry
  • Previous sales and management experience preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills
  • OSHA 30 certification (preferred)
  • Working knowledge of Windows computers and essential programs
  • Demonstrated ability to manage marketing campaigns and employee performance
  • Valid driver's license
