Job Summary

The Clinical Nursing and Quality Supervisor is a key member of the clinic leadership team, bringing a professional nursing perspective and expertise to the group while upholding the standards of clinical practice.

Responsibilities
  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
  • Leading the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with the clinic leadership team to achieve quality and patient satisfaction goals.
  • Providing education and training to clinical staff on clinical best practices and policies.
  • Conducting regular audits and quality improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience.
  • Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
  • 3 years demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
  • 3 years experience providing patient education.
