Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Jones Lang LaSalle IP, Inc. This role will be responsible for providing general overall facilities management services, including continuous monitoring of the safety, comfort, and functionality of multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general overall facilities management services, including continuous monitoring of the safety, comfort, and functionality of multiple facilities.
  • Handle routine facility management operations, including working with JLL Engineers, landlords, and contractors to complete assigned tasks and other duties as assigned.
  • Manage the data in the CMMS, including work orders, customers, financial, assets, service pros, users, and reports.
  • Perform day-to-day oversight of the CMMS work orders, from original request to final invoice.
  • Validate the information in the CMMS database.
  • Assist with the onboarding of 3rd party contractors.
  • Assist with the collection of data for client meetings.
  • Utilize SharePoint to create and update initiative trackers.
  • Resolve problems associated with landlord responsible issues.
  • Provide financial experience, including processing of invoices, assisting with budgetary requests, analysis, and reporting.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in facilities management, business, or another related field.
  • 5+ years' experience with facilities management or property management.
  • Professional designation in facilities/property management preferred.
  • CMMS experience is required.
  • Proficient in MS Office, specifically in Excel and SharePoint.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Superior customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain professionalism under stressful situations.
  • Ability to plan and manage work under time constraints.
  • Ability to multitask and work without direct supervision.
