Job Summary

K.A. Recruiting, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Med Surg RN position in North Carolina. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or concerns to physicians
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Provide education and support to patients and families on health-related topics
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent degree
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of North Carolina
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • One year of hospital nursing experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters in Nursing or equivalent degree
  • National Certification in area of specialty
