We are seeking compassionate and dedicated registered nurses to provide quality care for patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families. As a hospice RN, you will evaluate patients, create care plans, and communicate with the patient's family and care team. Qualifications

  • A heart to serve patients and families
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a registered nurse
  • 2+ years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
  • Reliable transportation
