Dialysis Team Manager

Fresenius Medical Care is seeking a skilled Clinical Coordinator to support our mission and vision. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining high-quality patient care while ensuring cost-effective clinical operations.
Main Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provides day-to-day guidance, support, and direction to direct patient care staff. Offers informal feedback on an ongoing basis and formal feedback input for annual performance evaluations.
- Staffing and Hiring: Participates in department staffing and recommends disciplinary action when necessary.
- Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensures adherence to all company and facility-approved procedures, policies, and regulations set forth by state and federal agencies.
- Scheduling and Time Management: Approves or disapproves time or personnel schedule changes in the absence of the Facility Administrator, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Patient Care Planning: Participates in patient care plan meetings to ensure comprehensive care.
- Training and Development: Trains and orients staff as necessary to maintain their skills and knowledge.
- Quality Assurance: Routinely observes and guides direct patient care staff to ensure adherence to facility policies and procedures.
- Nursing Degree and Licensure: Must be registered and licensed to practice nursing in the applicable state.
- Clinical Experience:
- Minimum 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Medical/surgical nursing preferred.
- Supervisory or management experience preferred.
- Certified in CPR or successfully complete course in CPR certification.
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $88,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. A competitive benefits package is also included.
