Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Resolve Surgical Technologies. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the assembly and inspection of medical devices, ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble and inspect medical devices, including implants and instruments, to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  • Follow blueprints and work instructions to ensure accurate and efficient assembly.
  • Document inventory use and packaging-related functions to maintain accurate records.
  • Perform quality control checks to ensure devices meet specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to Resolve's safety protocols and OSHA requirements.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-5 years of equivalent work experience preferred, depending on level of position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Basic to advanced department-specific hand and machine tool knowledge.
  • Computer skills, including following SOPs and navigating One Drive/SharePoint.
  • Basic to advanced inspection techniques.
  • SAP knowledge and fundamentals.
