We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Operations Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring seamless class check-ins, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead on-duty staff, ensuring smooth studio operations and adhering to all policies and procedures
  • Support management in marketing initiatives, team development, and maintaining brand standards
  • Develop effective relationships with clients and staff, prioritizing client satisfaction and retention
  • Assist with fuel bar and retail inventory control, implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Partner with management to support hospitality processes, ensuring consistent training and skill development for team members
  • Oversee milestone, loyalty, and surprise-and-delight programs, celebrating special events and driving community engagement

Key Requirements

  • Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability to work 5 shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Friendly, outgoing personality, and enthusiasm for the studio and job
  • Patient, courteous listener, with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and ensure a professional appearance

Salary Range: $23-$25 USD per hour (Scarsdale)
