Job Summary:

The BronxCare Health System is seeking an exceptional Patient Care Services Manager to oversee the quality and safety of patient care outcomes. This role requires a dedicated and experienced professional who can facilitate employee and patient satisfaction, drive performance improvement, and lead by example.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, visitors, and staff.
  • Contribute to Performance Improvement activities, analyzing data, implementing risk management strategies, and participating in Continuous Quality Improvement teams.
  • Foster customer-focused leadership by promoting a positive patient experience, adhering to HIPAA guidelines, and ensuring seamless interactions with internal and external customers.
  • Develop and implement policies, systems, and structures that support interdisciplinary collaboration, process improvement, and labor dispute resolution.
  • Lead by example, inspiring individuals and organizational excellence, creating a shared vision, and successfully managing change to achieve strategic objectives.

Requirements:

  • Five years of experience in acute care nursing, preferably in a leadership role.
  • New York RN licensure and current registration.
  • BCLS certification and pertinent clinical experience or training.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare, or Business Administration.
  • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $90,000 per year.
