  • Documentation: Prepare detailed progress reports and monitor job initiation times.
  • Work Order Review: Analyze work orders for any specific instructions that need to be followed.
  • Setup and Layout: Ensure proper job setup and optimal station layout for efficiency.
  • Sign-off Procedures: Complete necessary sign-off checklists with required approvals.
  • Parts Inspection: Inspect components for accuracy and quality assurance.
  • Manual Handling: Perform manual tasks including waste removal and hand manipulation of parts.
  • Rework Management: Handle rework, repairs, and replacements for any damaged components.
  • Clearance Verification: Verify and adjust part clearances as necessary.
  • Measurement: Utilize measuring instruments to ensure part conformity.
  • Cutting Assistance: Assist in the cutting and trimming of parts for assembly.
  • Defect Checking: Examine completed workpieces for any defects.

Qualifications:
