CARTI, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Health Information Coordinator to join our team. As a Health Information Coordinator at CARTI, Inc., you will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the accuracy of patient medical records. This role requires a high level of organization and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication skills.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in medical clinic settings, with knowledge of medical records work procedures and computer applications. You will also have the ability to multitask and solve practical problems in situations where only limited standardization exists.

We estimate the salary for this position to be around $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on industry standards and the location of our facilities.

Job Responsibilities
  1. Pull and file paper medical records as needed
  2. Review documents received to determine if they require scanning
  3. Prepare documents for scanning according to policy and procedure
  4. Index medical record documents and ensure accuracy of scanning level
  5. Suspend documents without identifiable document type or patient issues for quality review
Requirements
