Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our team at Edovate Learning Corporation. In this pivotal role, you will provide administrative support to our C-suite executives, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role, with exceptional organizational and time-management skills. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating schedules, and facilitating high-level communications across the organization. They will also participate in strategic planning sessions, providing insights and administrative support to executives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complex calendars for the CEO and COO
  • Coordinate with department leaders to ensure communication is consistent and effective across the organization
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions, providing insights and administrative support
  • Assist executives in the development and implementation of strategic plans
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. is required. An associate degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role
  • Proven experience in managing complex schedules and handling high-level communication
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
