Job Description
As a Medical Assessment Specialist, you will perform independent medical assessments on Veterans, reviewing medical records electronically through a web portal and conducting focused, in-person physical exams. You will then document your findings using the VA's web portal. This role does not involve making disability determinations, which are made by the United States Veterans Administration. • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must hold a current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license and be proficient in using a computer. Strong time management skills and the ability to stay organized are also essential.

Benefits
In addition to competitive pay and health insurance options, we offer training and continued support to ensure your success in this role. You will work a set schedule during normal business hours and never be on call. All work is performed in a clinical setting, allowing you to provide high-quality care to our clients without the burden of administrative tasks.

This role is an excellent opportunity to serve the veteran community while enjoying a stable and rewarding career. If you are passionate about providing exceptional care and have the skills and qualifications necessary to succeed, we encourage you to apply.
