We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance and Cleaning Associate to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our facilities team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the cleanliness and safety of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensure the store is clean and free of hazards, including sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning restrooms, and disposing of trash and recyclables.
  • Perform Maintenance Tasks: Conduct regular safety sweeps, follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials, and correct/report any unsafe situations to management.
  • Operate Equipment: Safely operate floor scrubbers, forklifts, and other equipment as needed.
  • Maintain Supplies: Ensure adequate levels of cleaning supplies and equipment are available, and order replacements as needed.
Requirements
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work on feet for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform physically demanding tasks.
