Are you passionate about fashion and skilled in the art of sales? We're seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Keyholder/stylist in our women's fashion retail store. In the position, you will be a key player in fostering lasting relationships with our valued customers, embodying the spirit of our brand, and driving sales through exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Styling Expertise: Showcase your passion for fashion by providing expert styling advice to customers, ensuring they leave our store feeling confident and stylish.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and genuine relationships with customers. Leverage your outgoing personality and passion for fashion to create trust and loyalty, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
  • Keyholder Duties: Take on a leadership role by opening and closing the store, managing daily operations, and overseeing the team during assigned shifts.
  • Sales Support: Contribute to the selling process by being attentive to customer needs, offering product recommendations, and facilitating a positive shopping experience.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a cohesive and motivated work environment. Share your passion for fashion and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture.
  • Store Operations: Ensure the store is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing. Handle basic administrative tasks and assist in inventory management.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our latest collections and product offerings. Provide expert advice on styling, ensuring customers feel confident and satisfied with their purchases.


Qualifications:

  • Passion for Fashion: Genuine interest and knowledge of current fashion trends, styles, and brands.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on creating positive and memorable customer experiences.
  • Sales Aptitude: An outgoing personality with a natural ability and interest in selling. While not the primary focus, a willingness to support sales initiatives.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to take charge and lead during opening and closing shifts, ensuring smooth store operations.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented and able to manage keyholder responsibilities efficiently.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
