Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Courtyard Atlanta Executive Park/Emory. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes, and providing personalized service to our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide accurate and efficient check-in and check-out services
  • Offer personalized recommendations and services to enhance the guest experience
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring a positive first impression for our guests
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
