Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced fitness professional to lead our Personal Training Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal training, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage sales and operations of the program.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver personalized fitness programs for members using functional training as a base model
- Conduct fitness consultations with members to introduce the personal training program
- Establish and maintain a positive working environment to ensure high client results and retention
- Manage sales and operations of the personal training program
- Strong knowledge of personal training principles and practices
