SAP Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Administrator to join our team at ID Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our inventory management processes.

• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using SAP and Manhattan Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform cycle counts and quality audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance
• Develop and implement new procedures and forms to improve job functions and reduce errors
• Collaborate with management, IT, and customers to resolve inventory discrepancies and improve logistics operations
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

• 5+ years of experience working in a Distribution Center environment
• Strong knowledge of SAP and WMS systems, including cycle counts and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with management, IT, and customers
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred
