What You Can ExpectAs a Registered Nurse at Trilogy, you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. You'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide personalized care that addresses the unique needs of each individual.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote the physical, emotional, and social well-being of our residents.
- Provide direct care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and assisting with daily living activities.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal outcomes.
- Document resident progress and communicate effectively with family members and other stakeholders.
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- Experience in long-term care or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
