Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist at JAG Physical Therapy, you will be responsible for assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses to create tailored treatment plans aimed at recovery and improved functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:- Collects and records patient care data that follows format and guidelines of the patient care service, regulatory agencies and third-party payers which reflects an understanding of reimbursement systems and their impact on patient care.
- Initial evaluation, daily notes, reassessments/progress reports, discharge plans and communication with members of the team.
- Prepares for the evaluation in accordance with department policies/procedures and standards of practice including obtaining patient history, exhibiting knowledge of patient diagnoses and researching unfamiliar diagnoses.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree required, Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
- Completed state regulated CEU requirement in appropriate state (NY, NJ).
- Valid CPR License.
- up to $7,500 sign-on bonus
- Competitive salary: estimated $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience
