Occupational Therapist Position with Competitive Salary

Compensation PackageThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of up to $120,000 per year, accompanied by a $7,500 sign-on bonus and up to $2,500 relocation assistance. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, HSA options, term life insurance, guaranteed PTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
Job Responsibilities- Patient Care: Assess patient needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and implement effective interventions to maximize functional independence.
- Treatment Planning: Create customized treatment plans based on evaluation results, goals, and best practices, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and patients' support systems.
- Clinical Skills: Utilize strong clinical decision-making skills, excellent oral and written communication, and basic computer skills to provide high-quality patient care.
- Team Leadership: Oversee support staff, including PTA, ATC, and PT aides, and promote a positive, professional work environment.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy required, Doctorate degree preferred.
- Licensure: Licensed Physical Therapist in the state practicing in.
- Certifications: Valid CPR license and experience/knowledge with EMR software preferred.
