Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to create a supportive learning environment and provide direct therapy services to students.
  • Monitor student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed, and contribute valuable insights to IEP meetings.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CA state license in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred, along with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
