About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team as an Education Specialist, supporting students in grades K-12. This is a full-time position with a guaranteed 40-hour workweek.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000-$150,000

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders in students.
  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed.
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • CA state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
