Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our Emergency Department team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality patient-centered care and coordinating all functions within the unit during your designated shift.
Responsibilities:- Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure efficient throughput and high-quality patient care.
- Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services provided in the unit, collaborating with other management team members.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and other managers to create an environment of teamwork that supports improved outcomes and service.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current, valid Registered Nurse license in the State of New Hampshire or Compact State.
- The ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated teaching ability and effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to a diverse audience.
- The ability to set priorities, exercise initiative and judgment, and make decisions within the scope of assigned authority.

The estimated salary for this position is approximately $ $120,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure reflects the average annual salary range for a Clinical Nurse Coordinator in the Greater Seacoast region of New Hampshire and Southern Maine.
