**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at Turnberry Associates. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Welcome and register guests into the hotel, ensuring accurate and efficient check-in and check-out processes
• Handle cash and credit transactions, count bank at the beginning and end of shift, and complete designated reports
• Use computer system to select and block rooms for arriving guests, prepare daily reports, and handle hotel emergency situations
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and ensure a smooth operation
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless communication and a high level of customer satisfaction
**Requirements:**
• 1+ year of prior hotel or hotel front desk experience required
• 1+ year of Marriott FOSSE experience required
• Flexible schedule availability, required to work day, night, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to multitask and handle stress in busy periods
• The employee is required to stand, walk, for prolonged periods of time
• Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, to handle guest packages or luggage
• Must have good near and far vision, including ability to read and interpret written instructions/directions
• Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and co-workers, communicate via 2-way radio
• Ability to distinguish smells
• Duties mainly performed indoors
• Must be able to hear, moderate noise level
