Job Title: Emergency Medical Technician About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team at DocGo. As an EMT, you will play a critical role in providing top-tier medical transport services to patients in need. Key Responsibilities: * Collaborate with fellow EMTs, Paramedics, and management to ensure exceptional patient care * Remain up-to-date with current standards of care, including equipment functions and uses, and all certifications, licenses, and registrations as an EMT * Conduct yourself in a courteous, helpful, and professional manner when dealing with patients, co-workers, supervisors, and the public * Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all state and city protocols * Provide top-tier medical transport to medical facilities and hospitals by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures as an EMT * Maintain rig cleanliness by stocking the rigs and taking ownership of your space * Gather patient billing information and appropriate billing signatures * Prepare and submit a pre-hospital patient care report * Respond promptly to assignments as required by the Dispatch Center Requirements: * WI EMT Certification (EMT-Basic or Advanced-EMT) * Driver's License (minimum of 2 years) and an acceptable driving record * BLS (Basic Life Support) with American Heart Association * Excellent verbal communication skills * Tech-savvy or comfortable with using technology * Able to work on a team * Respectful of colleagues, patients, and leadership * Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 125 lbs What We Offer: * Medical, Dental, and Vision (with company contribution) * Paid Time Off (PTO) * 401K * Weekly Pay About DocGo: DocGo is leading the proactive healthcare revolution with an innovative care delivery platform that includes mobile health services, population health, remote patient monitoring, and ambulance services.
