Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist guests promptly, courteously, and professionally at all times.
  • Uphold a high standard of service and hospitality.
  • Address guest concerns or issues swiftly and ensure all are resolved to satisfaction in a timely manner.
  • Process guest charges, collect payments, and adhere to all cash handling protocols.
  • Manage guest mail and messages with utmost respect for privacy and professionalism.
  • Maintain knowledge of the hotel brand and various programs (travel initiatives, special promotions).
  • Communicate effectively with various departments and management regarding guest feedback and concerns.
  • Respond promptly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members seeking front desk assistance.
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of hotel safety and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • Experience in customer service, front-facing roles, or other guest-related positions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or similar software applications.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality sector as a front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or in guest services is preferred.
  • Familiarity with brand or property-specific Property Management Systems (PMS), Quore, PBX, and other hotel-related technologies is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, reasoning skills, and capacity to multitask while interacting with individuals under pressure.
