Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top healthcare professionals to fill various contract positions across the country.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent in the healthcare industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including healthcare facilities and professionals
  • Utilize excellent communication and customer service skills to ensure a seamless recruitment process
  • Meet and exceed sales guidelines and targets, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive recruitment efforts
Requirements
  • At least one year of experience in sales, account management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment or sales, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and conditions
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
