About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Holiday by Atria - Chateau At Harveston. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our community, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services to residents' apartments, including vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning common areas.
  • Ensure all linens are laundered and stored properly, and that resident apartments are deep cleaned as needed.
  • Follow company sanitation and safety procedures to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Assist with serving meals and snacks to residents, and bus and clear tables after meals.
  • Perform other duties as needed and assigned.
Requirements
  • Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
  • Ability to retain orders and work independently.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $16.00-$18.40, dependent on prior work history and experience. Our benefits package includes paid holidays and PTO, community employees may receive annual anniversary rewards, and employees may be eligible to receive an Annual Scores Reward of $500 (Full Time) or $250 (Part Time) based on community survey results.
