Job Summary

Vohra Wound Physicians is seeking a highly skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team as a Wound Care Specialist. As a key member of our post-acute care team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients in skilled nursing facilities across the country.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Vohra Physicians with wound care services, including patient assessment, wound cleaning, and dressing changes.
  • Provide basic patient care, such as bathing, grooming, and feeding, under the direction of the Vohra Physician.
  • Assist with wound care education and training for patients and their families.
  • Collaborate with the Vohra Physician and SNF Wound Care Nurse to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Document patient information, including wound measurements and treatment plans.
  • Participate in telemedicine visits and use of camera for video conference.
Requirements
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant (MA) in good standing with the State.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Flexibility to travel to various skilled nursing facilities.
  • Prior experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) is preferred.
