About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Surgical Technologist to join our team at AdventHealth Sebring. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our operating rooms and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist surgeons and anesthesiologists during surgical procedures
  • Prepare and maintain operating rooms, including setting up equipment and supplies
  • Conduct instrument counts and ensure proper sterilization of equipment
  • Assist with patient positioning and draping
  • Provide supportive care to patients during pre-operative phases
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or Technical certificate/diploma in a related field
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) certification
  • LPN licensure (if applicable)
